All client service representatives at one location will have access to a centralized front desk account, created by the practice manager or owner. Multiple people can all be signed on at one time. The log-in email in will be the same email address where TeleTails sends all its internal notifications.
This account is streamlined to focus on managing consultations and follow up tasks efficiently.
The platform has both a mobile and desktop web portal version, so you have the flexibility to use whichever one works best for you.
