How to use the Task List
When a veterinarian resolves a consultation, they can attach a medical note or a task. These tasks will appear chronologically under Front Desk Task, found under the Tasks tab. Initially, you will see the provider name on the left hand side, the task category (Follow Up, Medications, Schedule, Other/Custom), and request from the provider.
When you select the blue plus sign on the right side, it opens up additional details. Now you can view the pet owner, pet, and the entire consultation if needed. Once you have finished the requested task, select Completed. The provider will be notified the task is done.
You can view all your completed tasks by selecting View Completed Tasks in the upper right hand corner.
