As usual, client service reps will most likely be the client’s first contact when looking to schedule a digital appointment.
On your home screen, under the Consultations tab, you have access to all consultations for the practice. If a client reaches out for a new consultation, you can arrange a time that works for both the client and the veterinarians directly within the system. This can be during a specific block of time or just an open spot in the schedule. What is really nice is you don’t need to give a particular time like an in-person appointment, but can provide a range when a doctor will reach back out
If a client calls or emails with a concern appropriate for telemedicine, you can respond by offering to set a digital consultation instead. We supply resources to get you comfortable with this flow.
