After a year of heads-down building, TeleTails launches as telehealth software for veterinary clinics. Born at Columbia Business School. Inspired by a yellow Lab named Rosie.

Clinics closed their doors. Our platform kept vet teams connected to their patients when in-person visits weren't an option.

We launch a new platform built for pet brands and start delivering care ourselves: an in-house team of experienced vet pros, hired and trained by us. No marketplace. No rotating strangers.
The white-label pivot
Our first white-label partnerships go live. Insurers, pet brands, and employers begin offering 24/7 care under their own names, powered by our platform.

Certified dog trainers join the team, and we stop waiting for problems. Health, behavior, check-ins, and follow-ups: care for the whole pet, not just the sick one. One-off consults become ongoing relationships.

We build Telly, our own AI, trained on years of our real conversations with pet parents. It answers instantly, knows when to hand off to a person, and speaks in each partner's voice. Vet pros still lead every case.
